About me
Hello everyone.
Welcome to Oracle of the Body.
My spiritual journey as I know it today began in 2012, after having a C-section with my youngest daughter. But the truth is, I have always felt spiritually connected. From a very young age, I experienced things I couldn't always explain and felt connected to spiritual realms in ways that were difficult to put into words.
My awakening started early, but something shifted for me in 2012 while I was living abroad.
I had a profound dream about a spiritual woman who picked me up on a train and brought me to a telephone—a traditional rotary phone. She connected me to what I understood as my spiritual team.
When I woke up, something had changed.
From that moment forward, life seemed to move at full speed. What followed was a nonstop, painful, confusing, beautiful, and enlightening journey of becoming aware of myself in ways I never had before.
As I became more aware, I began noticing the numbers 33 and 333 repeatedly throughout my experiences. At the same time, I was purging, grieving, experiencing financial loss, losing connections, and watching relationships change.
I was shedding versions of myself—one after another.
And I was doing all of this while raising five children and learning how to balance the 3-D reality as I learned to also navigate the intensity of my spiritual journey which I was experiencing at the same time.
There were moments when I felt like I was moving between two worlds.
During those years, I experienced intense physical discomfort as well—kidney pain, lower back discomfort, knee pain, gallbladder pain, toothaches, migraines, and painful sores throughout my body.
I didn't understand all of it then.
I only knew that my life, my body, my relationships, and my understanding of myself were changing simultaneously.
Then, in 2017, my father passed away.
His death plunged me into one of the deepest breakdowns of my life. I hit what felt like rock bottom. Four months later, I experienced another devastating loss that became one of the most brutal and heartbreaking experiences I had ever endured.
Life has not been a walk in the park for me.
I've lost people I've loved. I've experienced betrayal. I've been broken. I've experienced homelessness. I've stood at the edge of emotional and mental exhaustion and wondered how much more I could possibly carry.
But somewhere in all of that, I began to understand something:
My experiences were not just things I had survived. They were becoming part of the language through which I learned to understand myself.
The body.
The emotions.
The patterns.
The grief.
The relationships.
The spiritual experiences.
The things we carry that no one else can see.
This is where Oracle of the Body began to take shape.
I don't come to this work as someone who has lived a perfect life or figured everything out.
I come as someone who has walked through the fire.
And what I have learned along the way is that sometimes healing begins when we stop asking, “What's wrong with me?” and begin asking, “What is this experience trying to show me?”
That question changed the way I saw myself.
And eventually, it changed the way I began to see the body.
“But this
isn't where my story ends.”
